1、電源進(jìn)線(xiàn)與信號燈的安裝。用一根40mmx4mm的鍍鋅扁鋼彎制而成的。彎制的扁鋼焊在滑觸線(xiàn)上，焊接前應先鉆好孔，在孔周?chē)潞缅a以使接線(xiàn)端子與扁鋼的接觸良好。

當滑觸線(xiàn)的線(xiàn)路較長(cháng)，電壓降超過(guò)允許值時(shí)，滑觸線(xiàn)上應加裝輔助鋁母排，每隔12m用M10螺栓螺母連接一次，連接處應搪錫。

3、滑觸線(xiàn)跨越建筑物伸縮縫時(shí)，滑觸線(xiàn)應裝有膨脹補償措施?；|線(xiàn)在伸縮縫的間隙，一般為10-20mm。間隙兩側的滑觸線(xiàn)端頭應加工圓滑，接觸面安裝在一水平面上，其兩端高差不能大于1mm。在靠近伸縮縫的兩側滑觸線(xiàn)應加裝支架，從間隙中心線(xiàn)到支架中心線(xiàn)的距離不應超過(guò)150mm。
