關(guān)于滑觸線(xiàn)每年的檢查工作：

1、檢查集電器電刷繃簧壓力應正常，一般1.8-2.3N/Cm2。

2、經(jīng)過(guò)一年的運用滑觸線(xiàn)的導管內一般積塵都會(huì )許多，可用壓縮空氣吹氣，或用潔凈回絲擦拭。

3、檢查導管有否明顯變形、彎曲，選用調整懸掛螺栓方位方法進(jìn)行校直。如有彎曲，變形等表象可檢驗校直，如無(wú)法校直應立馬更換，阻止在此運用。

4、從導管端部取下滑觸線(xiàn)集電器，接插電刷磨損有否超越有用長(cháng)度刻度線(xiàn)并及時(shí)更換，檢查頸部磨損情況。

5、檢查滾輪磨損情況。滾輪可保證電刷在導管中上下左右方位，滾輪磨損過(guò)多，將使電刷被擦傷或發(fā)生斷電表象，電刷屬易耗物品，需要經(jīng)常檢查，及時(shí)更換。

6、檢查導管，導軌街頭如有松動(dòng)、銹蝕應技能更換，檢查懸吊夾、固定夾是不是松動(dòng)。
