一、磨損的不可預(yù)見 安全滑觸線現(xiàn)大多采用集電器碳刷與導(dǎo)電面緊壓接觸,通過摩擦滑動的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)供電的。碳刷磨損的快慢,磨損量的多少及磨損*的時(shí)刻,是與滑觸線的使用頻率、工作制度、工作環(huán)境、導(dǎo)電面粗糙程度及壓力大小等因素有關(guān),是人所不能監(jiān)控的。這種碳刷磨損*后不可預(yù)見的停電,一直是集電器使用中要解決的難題。

二、磨損*的隱患 滑觸線集電器在碳刷有效磨損范圍內(nèi)供電是正常的。但碳刷磨損*后,從靜態(tài)看,彈簧彈力不足,壓力幾乎沒有,電阻變大,接觸不良。從動態(tài)看,磨損是漸進(jìn)的,工作處于運(yùn)動狀態(tài),甚至是點(diǎn)動狀態(tài),因而起動電流很大,加上運(yùn)動時(shí)的震動,滑觸線安裝的缺陷,變形等因素使集電器碳刷與導(dǎo)電面似觸非觸,因此產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈火花,燒得集電器發(fā)黑,碳刷框變形,滑觸線導(dǎo)電面摩擦系數(shù)加大,影響了導(dǎo)電性能。
